Are we compromising with Quality?

Many of us lost their job because laid off by the employer due to the pandemic.

A higher number of them are from QA/QC profile.

Nice to see that gradually increasing job post by TAMs and other recruiters on regular basis in online platform as freezed positions trying to fill up by them.

But rarely see the openings in quality.

Some openings are there but salary which they offering is much lesser as per experience level they asked.

Even some of them offering same salary that used to offer four to five years ago for same experience!

It seems least importance given in this area and somewhere compromising with quality!
